I will show you How to Solve:
Sorry, this pin isn’t working for your organization resources showing problem for setup.
If you are joining your computer to your organization’s like work or school account, some of the policy restrictions may be applied on PIN. In this case, you are receiving Sorry, this PIN isn’t working for your organization’s resources on such a computer, this video is for you.

Open your File Explorer and see the navigate location for the NGC folder.
Now go to this navigation location.

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft folder. Note that here, if AppData is hidden then you can show hidden files from the folder option.

Now You find a folder named Ngc. You’ve to simply delete that folder.
In case you are receiving permission error then try this way.
Right-click on the NGC folder and click on “Properties.”
Select the “General” tab and clear the “Read-only” check box to remove the read-only attribute.
go to the security tab and click the Advanced button.
type your computer username and click the check name button.
click ok.
Click the checkbox name replace owner on sub containers and objects and Replace all child object permissions options.
click apply and ok.

Close File Explorer and restart your computer.

now go to the accounts settings and re-setup your PIN.
